Sant'Angelo Convent
The Franciscan Convent of Sant'Angelo rises in a very spectacular location: a large rocky crag on the peak over the valley whose morphology continues into the architecture of the small monastic complex.
Still inhabited today by Franciscan monks, the location can always be visited; the element of major interest is surely the beautiful 15th-century kiosk adorned by 18th-century paintings that tell the story of the Franciscan order (to note are the entrance of the kiosk and the great "genealogical" tree of the Franciscan order).
